Dr. Vas N. Sabeeh is one of the three founders of Forma Plastic Surgery, where premier plastic surgery meets and exceeds the desires of its patients. With over 20 years as a successful practicing physician, he is double board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery, making him one of the most premier and sought-after plastic surgeons in the country. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and Former Chief of Plastic Surgery at the University of Arizona, Phoenix. Dr. Sabeeh takes an individualized approach, looking at each patient’s comprehensive health and aesthetic wants and needs to reach and exceed their goals. Dr. Sabeeh began his medical education in Chicago at Midwestern University. Here, he earned his bachelor’s degree and his doctor of osteopathic medicine (D.O.). After medical school, he completed an internship in Chicago, then attended his general surgery residency in Phoenix, Arizona. During residency, he trained alongside some of the most prominent physicians at Mayo Clinic Arizona and at the University of Arizona.
Further developing his skills, Dr. Sabeeh completed a plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at Tulane University. He trained at prestigious hospitals, like New Orleans Charity Hospital, The Ochsner Clinic, New Orleans Children’s Hospital, Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Heart Institute, Texas Children’s Hospital, and MD Anderson. Once out of school, Dr. Sabeeh became certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. This extensive training utilizing the most innovative techniques enables Dr. Sabeeh to produce consistent, natural-looking results.
