Meet Our Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons

David C. Yao, MD, FACS

Dr. David C. Yao is a board-certified plastic surgeon and co-founder of Forma Plastic Surgery. He earned his MD from Virginia Commonwealth University, completed his residency at the Mayo Clinic, and pursued a fellowship at Manhattan Eye, Ear, & Throat Hospital. Dr. Yao specializes in facelifts, rhinoplasty, breast and body surgeries, and minimally invasive enhancements. He has been recognized as a top instructor for the Osler Institute Plastic Surgery Board Review from 2014 to 2017.

Dr. Molly F. Walsh, DO

Dr. Molly F. Walsh is a board-certified plastic surgeon and co-founder of Forma Plastic Surgery. She graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a fellowship at the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Walsh specializes in mommy makeovers, breast augmentations, tummy tucks, and body contouring. She is a recipient of the Mayo Clinic Surgery Subspecialty Teacher of the Year Award.

Dr. Vas N. Sabeeh, DO, FACS

Dr. Vas N. Sabeeh is a double board-certified plastic surgeon and co-founder of Forma Plastic Surgery. He received his DO from Midwestern University, completed his residency at the University of Arizona, and a fellowship at Tulane University. Dr. Sabeeh specializes in breast augmentation, advanced liposuction, facelifts, and body contouring. He previously served as Chief of Plastic Surgery at the University of Arizona, Phoenix.
